Shipping & Returns

How soon will my item be delivered:

We aim to deliver within 3-5 business days.

If an item is handmade delivery will be around 2 weeks, if an item is handmade to order you will receive a notification of delivery time soon after order is made .

Currently we deliver to mainland UK. We can post to Europe if requested by email, this will incur extra postage costs. Contact debs@storyedit.co.uk or call +44 7919537304. 

Returns

Here at Story-edit we want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if for any reason you aren't happy please contact us by email. In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused, with all original brand tags still attached, with proof of purchase, within 10 days of receipt.  At this time we don't offer free returns and you, the customer , are responsible for sending the return back to us.

If the item you would like to return is from the artist & makers page it is likely it is a handmade item and therefore handmade to order, we are happy to discuss a partial refund if you are not completely happy with it.

If you return goods via post, please note that we are not liable for the costs. We recommend using either Royal Mail recorded delivery (with sufficient compensation cover for the value of contents) or a delivery service such as DHL or EVRI. Please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit. 

Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method minus any shipping costs, this includes the original shipping costs you have paid plus any additional shipping charges we have incurred.  Please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for the refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. 

Exchanges can be made once an item is returned, you may have to make a separate purchase for a replacement item.

Please note:  Vintage items cannot be returned and sale items are non-refundable.
